“Great service from Lisa yesterday when we booked a last minute holiday. Quick, efficient and friendly. We had seen a holiday on the website but booked through the store as we have found from past experience we get lots more information in person. Our last holiday was booked by Matthew and he was so patient! We had no idea what we wanted and his advice gave us one of our best holidays ever. “Fantastic location. Only a short walk along the sea front to Mumbles centre. The house is very spacious downstairs, with a good kitchen and a welcoming conservatory. There were a few teething problems when we first arrived but these were quickly sorted out by Jany who was very responsive to our needs.”

“We watched the show and it was very informative. The birds on display were; Long eared Owl, Black and Red Kites, Kestrel and a Golden Eagle. They were flying in between the spectators, making for a wonderful sight. VFM.”

Adam was helping with instructions and tips during the drive which made it even more enjoyable as it was our first time off-roading. Will surely book again when we'll go to Wales!”

“Tickets may seem pricey, especially when buying for a family but don't let that put you off. You can easily spend a full day here, with almost everything included with entry. Lovely walk around the park, amd you can get pretty close to many of the animals. The restaurants offer a decent range of food, presented well. Soft play and indoor play the biggest I've seen. Several outdoor play areas too. Highly recommended.”

“Beautiful place for picnic, walk. Plenty of attractions for kids. Dogs are allowed but on the lead( excluding Fairytale Village). Be prepared for few hours if you want see everything. Everyone find something for yourself.”

“We had heard so much about this lovely zoo from our friends who live more locally to it and we were not disappointed. What a fantastic place and this is made all the better by the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a 'Walk on the Wild Side' experience with Alex, which was great and a rare chance to get up close and personal with many of their rare and unusual animals. Our favorite was brushing the 2 tapirs. I'm not sure who was most relaxed, them or us? This zoo is definitely worth a visit and please support the important conservation work they are doing. Looking forward to visiting again ASAP. Thank you to the team for an unforgettable day.”

“Absolutely lovely little zoo, loads to do and see. Such an interactive experience, you're so close to the animals and in many cases can walk with them, feed them and experience them close up. It's not a massive commercial place and feels nice and friendly, all the staff and keepers were engaging and would say hello or offer tips, advice and would give excellent talks. We had a brilliant day out.”

“Every time I visit this place, the customer service is exceptional. Today I visited with my 8yo daughter for her have her helmet refitted. It took us almost an hour but the lady was so patient and wanted it to fit perfectly. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience.”

“Our fav place to go dog walking , quick dip to the sea or just sit and watch the sunset. Its a nature reserve , so lots of birds around and really quiet during the week. Weekends get busy, so tend to avoid, as we live local.”

“Enjoyable. Café over looking some pond's you can watch the birds feeding while eating. A viewing tower for seeing the surrounding wetlands and interesting interpretation cantre.”
